Terrace of 4 houses. 1913. By J. Lomax Simpson. Roughcast
with brick base to sill level, swept hipped tile roof. 2
storeys, 4 bays, 2-bay canted return. Dripmould over ground
floor. Windows have leaded casements, most of 3 lights., 2nd
bay has 5-light canted bay window, stone quoins to battered
base; 4th bay has 4-light canted bay window with 4-light
projecting window with panel below, with chamfered corners
to 1st floor. Entrances have flat canopies and doors with
small-paned lights. Left return similar. 2 cross-axial and
2 rear stacks. Right return adjoins Resident's Club, King
George's Drive (q.v.).
