Farmhouse. Date stone to right return reads: "BB EB
AD/1612/RB EF" (Ball family); date stone to entrance facade
reads: "GBE/1731". Stone with some brick, slate roof. 2
storeys with attic, 3 bays, rear wing of 2 storeys.
Entrance front has high stone base, 2 bands and quoins.
Windows have gauged-brick flat arches with stone keys and
casements; that to 1st bay of ground floor has blocked
windows with an inserted 3-light casement; central hipped dormer.
Late C20 stone gabled porch. Returns and rear wing have 2-
light ovolo-mullioned windows, some have no mullion, 2 have
inserted entrances. Brick gable-end stacks are corbelled
out from attic.
