Entrance archway with flanking wings, originally at Haydock
Lodge. Probably very early C19. Stone with slate roof.
Round-arched entrance with Doric aedicule, arch has imposts
and archivolt with scrolly key. Pediment has Leg arms and
acroterion in form of ram's head crest. Wings of 5 bays.
4-bay Doric attached colonnade with frieze with roundels,
cornice and blocking course. Lunettes to left wing and
round-headed windows with sashes, no glazing bars, to right
wing. End bays have rusticated quoins and recesses with
straight-headed windows.
