3/11 Stables to north
of Lovelady's
Stables. Probably early C19. Brick with slate roof. 2
storeys, 6 bays with one-storey bay under lean-to roof on
right return. Segmental-headed windows and entrances, one
window with a cut-brick flat arch and one entrance with
stone lintel. One 1st floor loading door. Interior has
some stables, retaining stable partitions and mangers. Roof
has fish-bone trusses. The stables form a good group with
farmhouse and barn (q.v.). Included for group value.
