Farmhouse. Datestone inscribed: "RL/IL/1733". Roughcast with stone slate roof, some brick to rear. 2 storeys, 2 bays with one storey outshut under lean-to roof to right return. Windows have casements and some horizontally sliding sashes. Central entrance and entrance to outshut. Gable-end stacks. Left return has date stone and truncated external stack.
