House. 1820 s or 30 s. Stucco with hipped slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays. 1st floor sill band and deep bracketed
eaves. Windows are sashed with glazing bars. Central
entrance has eared architrave, overlight with glazing bars
and 2-panel door. Stable block to rear. 2 stacks flank
ridge. Said to have been built as dower house to Ince
Blundell Estate.
