Farmhouse. Probably C16. Cruck framed, brick and stone
with slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 2 buttresses. 1st bay
lower part of stone. Windows have segmental-headed 3-light
horizontally sliding sashes. lst-bay lst-floor window is
sashed with glazing bars. 2nd bay entrance. Ridge stack.
Left return has horizontally sliding sash and 1st floor sash
with glazing bars. Rear wing has horizontally sliding sash,
C20 porch and gable-end stack. Interior not inspected but
said to have cruck trusses, plastered beams, deep inglenook,
and wide-boarded doors on strap hinges, with one 2-panel
door.
