Mid C19 in Tudor style. Red brick, stucco dressings, tiled roof with gables.
2 storeys, sash windows in surrounds under dripmoulds. Pointed arched doorway
left of centre. Chimney breasts with offsets on left. Included for group value.

No 16 and Holy Trininty Church, Church Hill, form a group.
