Late C19 or early C20 by C E Bateman in a modified Tudor style. Red brick and
ashlar ground floor, plaster first floor with half timbering. Tiled roof with
projecting gables either end of front. 2 storeys and attics, centre of first
floor recessed behind pentice roofed ground floor. Casement windows, mostly with
glazing bars, some lattice. Studded door in 4- centred arch.
