C.1903 and built as a pair with No.24, apparently by the same architect. In an Arts
and Crafts style. Partly of 3, partly of 2 storeys; 3 bays wide. Roughcast slate
roof. Three steps up to door above which a tile-hung oriel whose windows 'spread out'
by one light on either side. To the right of this composition a 4-light window on the
ground floor and a 3-light window on the 1st floor. In the gable above, a 4-light
window. To the right a single bay with, at ground floor level, a 4-light window tucked
beneath the eaves and a 4-light dormer in the roof. All windows casements with leaded
lights. To the right a lower garage.

Nos. 22 and 24 form a group.
