Circa 1840-50 Gothicised 3 bay red brick villa with stucco dressings. Similar
to No 229 and designed with its broad left hand bay advanced to balance the
latter. Cut bargeboards and finial to gable. Mullion-transom casement windows.
Gabled porch. All details as on No 229.
