Circa 1830-40 detached 2 storey stucco villa. Three bay front with plinth;
moulded sill course; bed mould to frieze, moulded cornice and high coped
parapet with central block pedimented panel. Revealed plate glass sash windows
in architraves with console brackets to cornices, tripartite sashes on ground
floor. Doorcase of slender pilasters and cornice on coving; panelled reveals
and soffit, rectangular fanlight. The partially concealed slate roof has
pairs of corniced chimneys linked by parapets on gable ends. Set back coach
house with first floor canted bay, screened by wall with piers and double
doors.
