Circa 1835 detached stucco villa of identical design to No 13 with quoin
pilasters and parapet attic with portholes, but with circa 1860 canted bay
windows inserted in ground floor. These have sash lights articulated by
pilasters supporting entablature and blocking course. Some Ionic column porch.
No 14 retains its screen wall link to the coach house unaltered, the coping
continued aa stringcourse on coach home with segmental arched doors and
pediment-gable.
