Circa 1850 tall 2 storey stucco faced 3 bay villa with coach home. Plinth,
rusticated quoins, lst floor sill band, string to frieze which has bolection
profile. Boxed eaves to cable end elate roof, returned to sides. Window
in architrave surrounds, eaved on ground floor with cornices and blocking
courses. Outer 1st floor window have pediments. The centre window has raised
frame studded with rosettes, ahallow acanthus volutes to feet, cornice on
console brackets. Large, rusticated enclosed stucco porch with round arched
entrance and arched side lights; impost band with panels above; frieze with
rosettes alternating with console brackets to projecting cornice and blocking
course. The lst floor sill bind is carried over as parapet coping to screen
wall coach house, segmental arched doors. Red brick rear elevation with segmental
arched windows.
