1852-4, by J W Fiddian and the centrepiece of a planned layout. Brick; slate roof.
Cruciform in plan with lancets in the east end and transepts. Nave with 4-centred
arched windows with intersecting Y-tracery. West gallery on slender iron columns
and big timber posts. Open trussed roof with a frieze of quartrefoils at wall
plate level. Font and pulpit perhaps later.
