Circa 1840-50 former house. Two storeys red brick with some engineering brickwork.
Gable end slate roof with deep flat eaves. Four bays, grouped in twos to
left and right with doorway to left hand. Revealed glazing bar sashes with
moulded stucco consoles to thin cornices with blocking courses, stucco sills.
Same entablature to doorway. Grooved ashlar gate pier built into left hand
corner with yard entrance shared with No 110 adjacent qv giving access to
common wharf on canal arm by the Warwick Bar.
