1849. Red brick on blue engineering brick plinth; stucco dressings. Three storeys;
12 bays, arcaded on ground and first floors. Ground and first floors with segment
headed doors and windows with prominent keystones that reach up to the plat bands
at first and second floor levels respectively. Second floor with flat headed windows
and flanked by broad squat pilasters with plain stuccoed capitals. Stuccoed frieze
and dentilled eaves cornice. All windows sashes and set back within the wall surface.
