Known also as 'Dirty Dick'. Early C19 in appearance, though probably of older
origin. Stuccoed; tile roof. Two storeys; 6 gabled bays. Ground floor with
4 canted bay windows with slate roofs, the first 2 beneath a single roof. A
modest door with gabled hood with trefoil in it and 2 more canted bay windows
with slate roofs. First floor with six 2 light casement windows with canted
reveals and Tudor type hood moulds.
