Circa 1830. Two storey stucco Grecian villa formerly detached (now with modern link
to No 12). Three bay front with asymmetrical entrance. Plinth; first floor sill
course. Hipped slate roof with flat eaves. Round headed ground floor windows; first
floor windows in architrave surrounds, no glazing bars. Door set in frame of engaged
Greek Doric columns and heavy entablature with 3 wreaths in frieze. Slightly recessed
former coach house wing to north also of 2 storeys.
