Circa 1900 by W A Harvey. Brick; tile roof. Two storeys; 4 bays, second and fourth advanced and gabled, though asymmetrically. Ground floor with a 2-light window with semi-circular relieving arch, the entrance to No 12, another 2-light window with relieving arch and 3 altered windows in the rhythm narrow-wide-narrow. First floor with a 3-light window, a canted bay window whose tiled 'apron' serves as a porch to the door below, a single light window and 3 altered windows as beofore. All windows casements. The entrance to No 11 on the right-hand return.
