Dated 1881 and extended on the right in 1901. Red brick with sandstone dressings.
Symmetrical composition with 2-storeyed gabled wings flanking 3-storeyed centre
block with paired gables. Ground floor of centre block with windows with
decorated-type moulded surrounds. Mullions to upper floor windows. All windows
with leaded glazing, with stained glass in the upper lights. Interior with the
staircase hall with William De Morgan style tiles, a ceiling with art nouveau
plasterwork and a bar with engraved glass and mirrors.
