Circa 1860 brick built factory. Three storeys with repetitive window pattern
17 bays long; segment headed on ground and first floor, flat headed and running
up into eaves on second. Moulded eaves cornice. Blue brick plinth, dark red
brick walls, pink brick voussoirs. Windows divided into small panes by moulded
astragals with pivoted section top centre. Joined on to rear of No 11 St Paul's
Square.
