Early C19 semi-detached pair of houses. Stucco; slate roof. Two storeys;
each house of 3 bays, the centre one advanced a little and pedimented. Ground
floor with central arched entrance up steps and within shallow porch with
block rustication and bracketted cornice and 2 windows with cornices on brackets.
Band at first floor sill level. Second floor with 3 windows, the centre one
with an eared moulded surround, the others with plain moulded surrounds.
All windows sashes, those of No 271 complete with glazing bars.
