On corner with Church Avenue. Circa 1840 and the former Master's house.
Brick with stone dressings; slate roof. One storey plus attic; 3 bays with
vermiculated quoins left and right. Ground floor with central doorway within
a stone frame whose architrave rises in a semi-circle at the centre, and 2
tripartite windows with lozenge-shaped paned iron casements. Dormer windows
with gabled 2-light windows. The original school proper to the left and altered.
