Early C19. Painted brick; slate roof with wide eaves. Two storeys; 3 bays
with a quadrant to the right-hand return into Oozells Street where there are
2 more bays. Ground floor probably late C19 with shop front type windows and
a door separated by panelled pilasters with the City of Birmingham arms in
the capitals. They carry a bracketted cornice now obscured by a wooden valance.
Set diagonally across the corner another door. First floor with 3 sash windows
with cornices on brackets. All windows sashes with glazing bars. On the return,
a subsidiary door and a later canted bay window.
