Probably circa 1700. Brick 2 storeys plus attic. Five bay front. Brick plinth
and plat bands over ground and first floors. Prominent boxed moulded eaves
cornice. Tiled roof with saddlestone and shaped kneelers to gables. Three
hipped-roofed dormers. Narrow windows with C19 glazing in flush frames on
first floor. Flat stuccoed brick arches with keystones. Ground floor windows
partly altered in C19. Mid C19 pilastered doorway. South gable end with
large external chimney stack. The rear of the house extended and given a
balancing cross-wing to north, circa 1880.
