Mid/late C19 lodge to No 25 Knutsford Lodge (qv) to which it is similar
in materials and style. Two storeys; L-shaped in plan with shaped gables
to both wings, that to the road with a canted bay window on the ground
floor, that to the drive with a canted bay window to the first floor.
