Semi-detached pair of houses dated 1893 or 1895 and by C E Bateman. Red
brick with stone dressings; tiled roof. Two storeys; 4 bays, the centre
2 advanced and gabled. Ground floor with one 4 light window, the door within
a slated lean-to porch, a canted bay window, another canted bay window to
complete the symmetry. First floor with one 2 light and one 3 light window,
both tucked under the eaves, a 4 light window, another 4 light window to
complete the symmetry. All windows with leaded lights. (Illustrated in
'The Builder' March 1900).
