A pair of C1840 small villas with slight Tudor details in stucco trim.
Two storey 2 bay fronts with roughcast facing. Shallow pitched slate roof
with hipped gables, tall stucco chimneys, fretwork valance to overhanging
eaves. Inner 3 light and outer 2 light small paned wood casement windows
with heavy stucco drip moulds and weathered sills. Recessed porches with
4 central similar stucco arches. Coach house extension of one bay to
No 39 with similar details but C20 garage doors.
