C1840-50 villa. Two storeys stucco 3 bay front, part rich Italianate details.
Moulded plinth; vermiculated quoins; first floor guilloche sill band; bed
mould to frieze with dentil course below modillion brackets supporting flat
eaves of low gable end slate roof; corniced chimney stacks with ornamental
pots. Two segmental pedimented dormers. Fenestration consists of tripartite
sash windows; those on first floor in eared architrave surrounds with aprons,
below sill band, decorated with diaperwork and flanked by consoles; those on
ground floor with panelled architraves and consoles supporting cornices which
link with aprons of first floor. Tuscan pier doorway with deep entablature
and bracketed cornice. Six panel door in panelled reveals.
