C1830. Stucco. Three storeys plus a modern slated attic storey; 6 bays.
Identical to No 30 Waterloo Street (qv) except that the floors here are
slightly lower, the 2 doors have unmoulded (perhaps altered) cornices and
the eaves cornice is moulded only.
