C1830. Stucco. Three storeys plus a modern slated attic storey; 5 bays in
the rhythm 1:3:1 plus a sixth bay. Ground floor with banded rustication, a
central original door up 3 steps and flanked by Ionic columns carrying an
entablature and 4 windows plus a subsidiary door. First floor windows stand
on a moulded cornice in tall moulded surrounds with cornices in bays 1 and 5,
with a decorative panel above in bays 2 and 4 and with a big pediment on brackets
in bay 3; in the sixth bay a plain window. Second floor windows in moulded
surrounds and with a little Soanian incised decoration below; in the sixth bay
a plain window. All window sashes complete with glazing bars. First and
second floors with pilasters with Soanian incised decoration. Wreaths and rich
acanthus scrolls in the frieze, moulded eaves cornice and blocking course,
pedimented in the centre.
