C1830-40 similar to No 78 which it adjoins but probably of slightly later
build. A 2 storey, 3 bay stucco faced villa with half hipped slate roof
on flat eaves. Revealed 4 x 4 pane sashes on its flanking central 3 x 4
pane sash window on first floor. Original ground floor left hand window
in architrave surround. The doorway and right hand canted bay window were
built about C184O-5O together with that added to No 78: glazing bar sash
lights, the entablature carried over doorway which is flanked by pilasters;
double 4 panel door with rectangular fanlight. Screen wall gig house to
north side of villa.
