The description shall be amended to read:

Includes No 106 church Road.
School and schoolmaster's house, now two houses, c1851. Flemish bond red brick
with gauged brick dressings; Welsh slate roof, hipped to Woodbridge Road elevation
and otherwise gabled; brick ridge stacks. Double-depth plan. Elevation to
Woodbridge Road of 2-storey, 4-window range has semi-circular arch over 6-panelled
door with plain fanlight set in moulded architrave with panelled reveals;flat brick
arches over 12-pane sashes; moulded wood cornice. Similar 3-bay elevation to
Church Road, with semi-circular arched entry to porch which is set back to right.
Double-gabled range with dentilled cornice and segmental-arched windows to rear of
Church Road elevation. Interiors not inspected. No 47 built as a schoolmaster's
house and formerly linked by a doorway to the boarding school, now 106 Church Road.

C1830-40 house of 2 storeys hard and finely pointed red brick with 4 bay front
and 3 bay return to Church Road(qv). Bed mould to flat eaves of hipped slate
roof. Plain red brick chimney stacks. Revealed glazing bar sashes with stucco
block sills and flat gauged rubbed brick arches. The left hand 2 windows are of
4 x 4 panes, those to right of 3 x 4 panes as are the sashes to Church Road.
Doorway in second bay from corner. Revealed round arched architrave case with
panelled reveals. Six panel door with plain fanlight; gauged rubber brick outer
arch. Important corner site in relation to Nos 108 to 118 (even) Church Road (qv).
