Said to be of 1779 date. Brick Canal warehouse built by former Stourbridge canal
Company. Slate roof with gabled ends. The east end is partly semi-circular (apsidal)
to full height. Three storeys. Five bays. The ground, storey on the canal side
to north has eight cast iron Doric columns (probably inserted) in C19 and supporting
first floor bressumer. The north side facing canal and south side facing road
have gabled and slated hoist houses cantilevered of the centre of the elevations.
