Mid C19. An unusual pair of small 2-storeyed houses. Front has raised boldly-shaped
gable with moulded stepped coping. The upper portion of the gable is elaborately
decorated with a floral design in moulded stucco, the surround being of plain stucco;
3 sash windows, the outers with dog-eared surrounds having shaped moulded heads,
and the central with moulded architrave and cornice; rusticated pseudo-quoins at sides.
Ground storey has a splayed bay window at either side, 2 plain doorways at centre
and a tiled pentice overall on column supports.
