Probably early C19. Ruiton stone; 2 storeys; 3 windows with semi-circular heads
and cast iron glazing bars; plain doorway on returned side to west with ledged
door; coped shallow gabled ends; slates. Later brick bays set back at each end.
"Nail Workshop" is the local term for a nail making workshop. The building is
now in use as a metal-working shop.
