Early-mid C19. Stucco facade with rusticated ground storey; 2 storeys; 3-windowed
splayed bay on left-hand side. Right-hand side has 2 sash windows with elaborate
iron guards. No glazing bars generally. Ground storey has windows with segmental
pediments on consoles and moulded doorcase with slight cornice hood on consoles
and plain rectangular fanlight; modillion eaves; gabled ends; slates. West elevation
has rectangular bay to ground storey.
