Early-mid C19. Stucco, the ground storey rusticated; 2 storeys; 6 sash windows
(single glazing bars) with segmental heads and plain bead surrounds. Ground
storey has windows with semi-circular heads and sills on plain brackets, an arched
doorway at either side each with plain fanlight and 4-panelled door. Band at
1st floor; plain eaves; hipped slate roof.

Nos 1 and 2 County Court, No 3A and Nos 4 to 7 (consec) form a group with Nos 193 to
200 (consec) and No 200A Wolverhampton Street.
