Red brick, tiled roof with 6 gables. 2 storeys, 1st floor band, wooden eaves and bargeboards with finials. 3 small 1st floor casement windows. 6 larger casement windows flush set with glazing bars and wooden mullions and transoms under slightly cambered arches. 3 doorways. Included for group value.

The Almshouses, Banbury Cottage, Spring Croft and Spring Cottage form a group.
