C18, altered C19. Red brick, old tiled roof with ornamental bargeboards to 2 gables.
2 storeys and attics, 1st and 2nd floor bands. 2 flush casement windows with glazing
bars under flat arches. Reeded pilasters to semi-octagonal bay window on left
and to doorway with half glazed door and oblong fanlight.
Side elevation to lane has single storey and attic wing with wooden fretwork cornice.
1 casement window, 1 gabled dormer. Doorway pointed arch with carved spandrels,
gabled hood on cut brackets.
