Early to mid C19 front to probably earlier structure. Red brick and stucco, tiled roof with two gabled casement dormers behind parapet. Two storeys and attics, plinth, cornice. One single light and one triple light sash window with glazing bars, architrave surrounds under friezes, ground floor cornices. Central six panel door and oblong fanlight in plain surround with cornice on consoles.

St Mary's Hall, Nos 22 and 23 form a group.
