C18. Red brick house set back from road. Hipped old tiled roof with coved cornice.
3 storeys, floor bands, corner pilasters. 3 flush sash windows with glazing bars,
1st floor keystones. Ground floor pair of canted wood bay windows. Central modern
glazed door, oblong fanlight, surround with frieze and cornice.

Nos 72 to 76 (even), front garden gates and railings to No 74, barn to No 76, form a
group with Nos 1 and 3 Butcher's Lane.
