C15 or C16, much restored. Timber frame, plaster infilling, tiled roof. Two storeys, first floor oversailing. Modern ground floor windows, three first floor casements.

Interior: ground floor moulded ceiling beam, curved wall braces, crown post roof truss.

All the listed buildings in Spon Street form a group.
