Early C19 front to earlier structure. Modern shop front with cornice band. Stucco first floor, four tall casement windows under small cornices on console brackets. Machine tiled roof with modillioned cornice. Gabled side elevations show timber frame and red brick nogging.

All the listed buildings in Spon Street form a group.
