C16 or earlier, altered. Colourwashed stucco front, old tiled roof. Timber frame of two storeys with first floor oversailing, corbels encased behind painted wooden fascia. Three modern and C19 ground floor windows, four panel two fold door. Two first floor flush casement windows with glazing bars.

All the listed buildings in Spon Street form a group.
