Early C19 stucco fronted house of elaborate Neoclassical design. Basement and
3 storeys, ground floor rusticated. Upper floors have 2 tall fluted Corinthian
pilasters under entablature with modillion cornice. 2 sash windows in architrave
surrounds. Central ground floor canted bay sash windows flanked by porches with
treslliswork to Tower of the Winds columns. Wrought iron 1st floor balcony railings. Arched window in porch on left.

Nos 23 to 29 (consec) form a group.
