Shop and offices. Early C19. Brick with hipped slate roof. Three storeys.
Facade to Church Street of one bay, with late C19 shop front on ground floor.
Windows have gauged brick heads. On the first floor there is a sash with no
glazing bars, on the second floor a 6-pane sash. The right-hand return wall
is of four bays, with similar windows. The left-hand bay on the ground floor
has a shop front. Included for group value.
