House. Probably mid-C19 with some earlier C19 remains. Stuccoed brick
with tile roof. Two storeys, three bays. Windows have rendered reveals
and projecting sills. Windows boarded over at time of survey, but those
on first floor said to be sashed with margin lights. Left-hand bay has
single-storey canted bay window. Right-hand bay has mid-C20 French windows.
Doorway, in middle bay, has round head. Moulded eaves cornice. Roof hipped
at right. Chimneys on left-hand gable and set back behind ridge at right.
Right-hand return wall of two bays. Interior not accessible at time of
survey.
