Offices. Early to mid-C19. Stuccoed brick. Two storeys. Facade facing
Lichfield Street of five bays. Ground floor has channelled rustication, paired
pilasters between bays and a moulded cornice. Above the first floor is a plain
band with blocking course. Windows sashed with glazing bars to upper sashes.
First floor windows have alternate floating cornices and pediments, and
inappropriate C20 shutters. Right hand bay on ground floor has late C19
canted bay window. Doors, in second and fourth bays, have architraves, and
pediments on consoles. Left hand pediment partly covered by mid-C20 Tuscan
porch. The left-hand return wall, facing Hatherton Road, is treated similarly
and is of three bays. The right-hand bay is set back, and the left-hand bay is
set back on the first floor only. The central bay has an original single-storey
canted bay window.
